1. Processing
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery across India
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier serviceability
International delivery is available to selected countries; timelines vary by destination and customs clearance, and any import duties or taxes are payable by the customer.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track any time on our Track Your Order page using your AWB number.
5. Delays
Weather, courier disruptions or the festive rush can occasionally delay deliveries. If your order is running late, email us and we'll chase it for you.
6. Address and delivery issues
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may carry a shipping charge.
