1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of hugsyblanket.com (the "Store") and any order you place with Hugsy. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
Hugsy sells oversized, sherpa-lined wearable hoodie blankets for adults and kids. We show colours and details as accurately as we can, but shades may vary slightly on different screens.
3. Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors or address issues, with a full refund.
5. Shipping, returns and exchanges
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Hugsy name, penguin mascot, logo, photographs and all content on the Store belong to Hugsy and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to place fraudulent orders, interfere with the Store's operation, or misuse our content or branding.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hugsy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted here.
