Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Every order is packed with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and handed over to our courier partner, in addition to the delivery time below. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery areas & timelines

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times from the day your order is shipped:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote or low-connectivity areas: may take a little longer, depending on courier serviceability

We're not currently set up for international shipping, but reach out if you're ordering from outside India and we'll see what's possible.

3. Shipping charges

We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders. Any change to this will always be shown clearly before you complete your order.

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details by email, SMS, or Instagram DM, whichever you used to order. You can use this to follow your package right to your door.

5. Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control, extreme weather, regional courier disruptions, or the festive rush, can push delivery beyond the usual window. If your order is running late, we'll keep you posted; feel free to message us any time for an update.

6. Delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout, we're not able to redirect a package once it's out for delivery. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
