Here's exactly how tracking works, and a quick way to jump to your courier's tracking page.

How it works

You place an order
Through the cart and checkout on this site, or via Instagram DM / email.

We pack it (1–2 business days)
Once payment is confirmed, your Hugsy gets packed and handed to a courier.

We send you a tracking number
Straight to the email and phone number you gave us at checkout, which is exactly why we ask for both.

You track it below
Pick your courier, paste the tracking number we sent you, and jump straight to their tracking page.

Track your shipment

Select the courier named in your shipping confirmation, paste your tracking number, then continue to their site to see live status.

This opens the courier's own official tracking page in a new tab. Paste your number there to see live status. We don't have a way to show tracking directly on this site yet.

Haven't received a tracking number? If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered, email contact@hugsyblanket.com or DM @hugsyblanket with your name and order date and we'll check on it.
