1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hugsyblanket.com and our Instagram storefront (together, the "Site"), and any order you place with us. By browsing the Site, messaging us, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

2. About Hugsy

Hugsy designs and sells oversized, sherpa-lined wearable hoodies made for extreme cold weather. Our products are one free size and unisex by design.

3. Using this site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us.

4. Products, pricing & availability

We try to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a colour or style, or decline an order at our discretion, for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing or stock error.

5. Orders & payment

At present, orders are placed and confirmed through Instagram DM or email, with payment collected via the methods we make available at the time (UPI, cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery where offered). An order is only confirmed once we've acknowledged it, adding an item to your cart or sending an enquiry doesn't guarantee availability.

6. Intellectual property

The Hugsy name, logo, mascot, and all content on this Site, including photography, text, and design, are the property of Hugsy unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to place fraudulent orders, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, or misuse our content, branding, or product photography.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we take care to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, so it's worth checking back occasionally.
